Jo'S Chili(Healthy Eating)

  1. Saute garlic, onions and meat of your choice in heavy kettle sprayed with Pam until meat is almost done.
  2. Add tomatoes and seasonings and simmer for about an hour until meat is done.
  3. Add beans and simmer another 30 minutes.
  4. Put the chili to bed and enjoy the next day when the flavors have had time to mellow.
  5. As for the red wine, enjoy it while you tend the chili or throw a dash in the pot!
