Avocado Caprese Burger Salad
- 4 MorningStar(R) Farms Meat Lovers Burgers
- 5 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 Avocado, Pitted And Diced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Balsamic Glaze For Drizzling, If Desired
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 2/3 cups White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat grill to medium according to package directions. Place frozen burgers onto grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- While burgers are grilling, prepare dressing. In a small bowl or medium Mason jar with lid, prepare the dressing. Add white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk in bowl or screw on lid to Mason jar and shake to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve salad.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and top with diced avocado, halved tomatoes, and mozzarella pearls. Season with salt and pepper. Add dressing and gently toss to combine. If preparing ahead of time, wait to add dressing until ready to serve.
- Top salad with grilled burgers and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
