Easy Taco Soup
- 2 pounds Ground Beef Or Ground Turkey
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 2 cans Veg-All, Undrained (found In The Canned Vegetable Aisle)
- 1 can Condensed Tomato Soup
- 2 cups Salsa (you Choose How Spicy You Want It)
- 2 cans Kidney Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
- In a LARGE stockpot, brown the ground beef. Add the onion while it is browning to add flavor.
- Drain the grease.
- Add the Veg-All, tomato soup, salsa, kidney beans, taco seasoning, and chili powder. Stir well and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve in bowls, topped with a dollop of sour cream, a handful of cheese, and some crumbled tortilla chips.
