Coca-Cola Cake

• 2 c. flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. Coca-Cola
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/2 c. margarine, softened
• 1/4 c. baking cocoa
• 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 1 tsp. soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• Frosting

1. Mix flour and sugar in large bowl.
2. Combine Coca-Cola, oil, margarine and baking cocoa in medium saucepan; mix well.
3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
4. Stir in marshmallows.
5. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add to flour mixture, stirring to mix well.
6. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
8. Pour frosting over warm cake.
9. Yield: 15 servings.
