Bailey’S Irish Cream Whipped Frosting

  1. In a large bowl or mixer, beat butter and shortening together until smooth. Gradually add in sifted powdered sugar, one cup at a time mixing throughly between additions.
  2. When combined add in salt, vanilla, and Bailey's Irish Cream. Lastly, beat in 1 1/2 tablespoon whipping cream and whip until combined, light and fluffy.
  3. If the frosting is too thick, add 1/2 teaspoon of additional Bailey's at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. If the frosting is too thin, add in additional powdered sugar and mix throughly.
