Bailey’S Irish Cream Whipped Frosting
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Crisco Shortening
- 3-1/2 cups Powdered Sugar, Sifted
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Whipping Cream
- In a large bowl or mixer, beat butter and shortening together until smooth. Gradually add in sifted powdered sugar, one cup at a time mixing throughly between additions.
- When combined add in salt, vanilla, and Bailey's Irish Cream. Lastly, beat in 1 1/2 tablespoon whipping cream and whip until combined, light and fluffy.
- If the frosting is too thick, add 1/2 teaspoon of additional Bailey's at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- If the frosting is too thin, add in additional powdered sugar and mix throughly.
