Caramel Fudge Brownies
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Baking Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 10 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
- 6 ounces, weight Caramel Topping
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add sugar and brown sugar, mixing well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir melted butter into flour mixture. Add eggs, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Pour half of mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Spoon caramel topping over batter. Layer with remaining batter, spreading to edges.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes until done in center. Yum!
