Caramel Fudge Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add sugar and brown sugar, mixing well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir melted butter into flour mixture. Add eggs, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour half of mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Spoon caramel topping over batter. Layer with remaining batter, spreading to edges.
  5. Bake for 28-30 minutes until done in center. Yum!
