Healthy Baked Chocolate Oatmeal
- 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Protein Powder (about 2 Scoops)
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed Meal
- 1 whole Banana, Mashed
- 3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1-1/2 cup Nonfat Milk
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake 22-25 minutes or until set.
- Top with peanut butter, bananas, and additional milk. Enjoy!
