Raspberry Cheesecake Swirl Oatmeal

  1. Add oats, milk, creamer, honey, and vanilla extract to a medium microwavable-safe bowl. Stir to combine. Microwave on medium power 2-3 minutes, or until oats reach desired consistency. Remove from the microwave, add raspberries, and stir. Set aside.
  2. To make the cheesecake swirl, in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, creamer, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Swirl into oatmeal.
  3. Enjoy!
