Raspberry Cheesecake Swirl Oatmeal
- FOR THE OATMEAL:
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 3/4 cups Milk (any Kind)
- 1/4 cups International Delight(R) Cold Stone CreameryTM Sweet Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Honey, Or Sweetener Of Choice, Such As Maple Sugar, Sugar, Stevia, Etc.
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Raspberries
- FOR THE CHEESECAKE SWIRL:
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoons International Delight(R) Cold Stone CreameryTM Sweet Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Add oats, milk, creamer, honey, and vanilla extract to a medium microwavable-safe bowl. Stir to combine. Microwave on medium power 2-3 minutes, or until oats reach desired consistency. Remove from the microwave, add raspberries, and stir. Set aside.
- To make the cheesecake swirl, in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, creamer, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Swirl into oatmeal.
