Aunt Rocky’S Creamy Italian Dressing (Lchf)
- 1/2 cups Newman's Own Lite Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cups Best Foods/Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Pickling Juice From Mezzetta Greek Peperoncini (or White Wine Vinegar, Zero Carb)
- Mix all ingredients in a small blender to emulsify. Transfer to jar or bottle with a lid.
- Store in refrigerator for up to several months.
- Makes 1 cup of dressing (8 servings of 2 tablespoons each).
