Yummy Cherry Salad
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water, divided
- 1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in pie filling.
- Pour into 9-inch square pan and chill until partially set.
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Combine cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
- Stir in lemon Jell-O, pineapple and marshmallows.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread lemon mix over cherry layer.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
