Best, Easy Taco Soup!
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cans Ranch Style Beans
- 1 can White Hominy
- 1 can Yellow Hominy
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes And Green Chilies
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives (Small Can)
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Your Choice)
- Brown ground beef in very large saucepan (not quite a dutch oven) and drain. Open all cans and empty into pan. Open envelopes of taco seasoning and ranch dressing and pour in. Mix everything together. (For more spice, substitute all or half of the ranch style beans with ranch style beans with jalapeno.)
- Let simmer for 30 minutes or so and you're done! Good for the crock pot. Great to take to the office for lunches. EVERYONE loves this soup! I honestly have never had anyone not like it. Just convince them to try it, and they're hooked. Good for a quick dinner after work, too. Thick, warm and satisfying.
- Add some shredded cheddar or your favorite cheese just before serving, if you like.
