Calzone
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 lb. hot ham
- 1/4 lb. Genoa salami
- 1/4 lb. Mortadella
- 1/4 lb. Provolone
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- Roll out dough to fit lengthwise on cookie sheet.
- Place on cookie sheet and set aside.
- Heat margarine in skillet.
- Saute red pepper until tender, then add mushrooms until golden.
- Remove with slotted spoon onto paper towels; drain well.
- Set aside.
- Layer hot ham, salami and Mortadella on dough.
- Next spoon pepper/mushroom mixture on top.
- Spoon black olives next, then layer with Provolone cheese.
- Fold dough over one, more than halfway and again on the other side.
- Pinch ends.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
