Cream Cheese Crunchers

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine over hot (not boiling) water, butterscotch morsels and butter; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
  3. Transfer to large bowl; stir in graham cracker crumbs and walnuts with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  4. Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping.
  5. Press remaining mixture into ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 12 minutes.
  7. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy.
  8. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  9. Blend in flour and lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust.
  10. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  12. Cool completely on wire rack; cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.
  13. Chill before serving.
