Spinach Avocado Salad With Berries
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 3 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoons Dried Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 2 Tablespoons Almonds, Chopped
- 1 bag (10 Oz. Size) Baby Spinach
- 1/2 pounds Strawberries, Washed, Hulled, And Sliced
- 1 cup Raspberries Washed And Gently Dried
- 1 cup Blueberries Washed And Gently Dried
- 1 Large Avocado, Sliced
- To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients together and set aside.
- To make the salad, gently toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl with the prepared dressing. Serve immediately.
