Fat Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla until well mixed.
  4. Add raisins (batter should be very stiff).
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 minutes or until firm.
  7. (Do not overbake.)
  8. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. Each cookie has 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 60 calories, 1 gram protein, 13 grams carbohydrates and 6.5 mg sodium.
