Seared Shrimp With Spicy Mango Salsa

  1. In large skillet, heat oil until very hot.
  2. Add shrimp; cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add onions and cook until shrimp are done.
  4. Add peppers, pear and pineapple juice and cook 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add red onion, tomato, mangos and mint.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Squeeze lemon over and serve.
  9. Garnish with mint.
  10. Serves 4.
