Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

  1. Core cabbage.
  2. Separate leaves and parboil in salted water until limp.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix beef and pork, rice, onions, bell pepper, salt, pepper and garlic together well.
  5. Place about a tablespoon of beef and pork mixture on cabbage leaf that has been cut in half lengthwise.
  6. Roll, using toothpicks to hold together.
