Best S’More Truffles

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add vanilla, mix until combined. Slowly add flour, mix until combined. Add milk, mix until combined. Add graham crackers and marshmallow cream, mix until just combined.
  2. Roll dough into small balls (about 2 teaspoonfuls) and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate over a double boiler, or slowly in microwave. Dip frozen dough into chocolate until fully coated and place back on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if desired.
  4. Place in fridge for 15 minutes to set.
  5. Note: I used a very small cookie scoop for my dough, but if you don't have one, you can use your hands to roll into balls. If the dough is too soft or sticky, let it chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before you roll it into balls.
