Crockpot Brunswick Stew
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 pound Shredded BBQ Pork (From Your Grocery Store Or Favorite BBQ Restaurant)
- 15-1/4 ounces, weight Canned Lima Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 15-1/4 ounces, weight Canned Whole Kernel Yellow Corn, Drained
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Tomato Sauce
- 14-1/2 ounces, weight Canned Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
- 2 Large Baking Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
- 1 Large Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Hot Sauce (if Desired)
- Combine all ingredients together in a large slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with cornbread, biscuits and or crackers!
