Ashley’S Awesome Low-Fat Italian Pasta Salad
- 1-3/4 cup Rotini Pasta(I Use Ronzoni Smart Taste)
- 1 pint Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 2 Large Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 Large Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
- 1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Sliced Mushrooms (from A Can Or Jar), Drained
- 1/2 cups Canned, Sliced Black Olives, Drained
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Your Tastes
- 1-1/2 cup Light Zesty Italian Dressing, Can Use More If Desired
- 1 dash Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (as Desired For Dressing)
- 1 dash Apple Cider Vinegar (as Desired For Dressing)
- Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese To Your Tastes
- Cook pasta in a pot of liberally salted water per instructions on box for al dente preparation. Rinse pasta in cold water then drain thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
