Bbq Beans
- 1 pound Ground Beef Or Pork
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 can (32 Oz. Size) Pork And Beans
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 bottles (16 To 18 Oz. Size) Spicy BBQ Sauce
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown hamburger or pork with onions and bell pepper until meat is browned. Drain grease if necessary. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until garlic is translucent. Add remaining ingredients and cook on very low heat for 1 hour, stirring to ensure they are not sticking to the bottom of the pot. Or put the mixture into a crockpot on low heat for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Note: Would be good with ground sausage (hot or mild) instead of hamburger or pork.
