Chai Tea Mix
- 1 cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 cup Powdered Non-dairy Creamer
- 1 cup French Vanilla Flavored Powdered Non-dairy Creamer
- 2-1/2 cups Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Unsweetened Instant Tea
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- In a large bowl, combine milk powder, both creamers, sugar and instant tea. Stir in all spices. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time until the mixture is the consistency of fine powder. To serve, stir 2 heaping tablespoons (or to taste) into a mug of hot water. Enjoy!
- If you live near a bulk food store and have a membership, it's probably cheaper to buy the milk and creamers there, especially if you put it in little jars and give as gifts for the holidays!
- This recipe can easily be doubled or halved.
