Cheesy Potatoes!
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Or Mushroom Soup
- Diced Onion (optional, Sometimes I Use It And Sometimes I Don't)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Plus Additional For Sprinkling On The Top (Really, The More The Better!)
- 2 pounds Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, soup and onion. When all mixed up, add the cheese and combine (again, the more cheese the better!). Finally, mix in the hash browns until evenly coated and combined. Spread the potato mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 baking dish (you do not have to butter the dish, but you can if you would like to). Bake for 45 - 50 minutes. Add additional shredded cheddar to the top and bake for 15 more minutes.
