Cheddar Bay Biscuits

  1. Mix biscuit mix, milk, cheese, 2 Tablespoons of melted butter, Creole (Bay) seasoning, garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Drop spoonfulls of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and add in a teaspoon each of garlic powder and Old Bay. Stir well. Brush this 'glaze' over each biscuit. Sprinkle with Parsley.
  4. Bake 425 for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Promptly hide from your husband!
