5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles
- 5 Tablespoons Almonds
- 1/3 cups Pretzels
- 2/3 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Melted
- Add almonds into a food processor and pulse until ground. Add them into a medium bowl.
- Add pretzels into the same food processor and pulse until ground. Add them into the bowl with almonds.
- Stir peanut butter and vanilla extract into the almond and pretzel mixture. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Take bowl out of the refrigerator and roll the mixture into 8 balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 1 hour or until set.
- Roll the balls in the melted chocolate. Place them back in the freezer until set. This takes about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up a week or a couple months in the freezer.
