Stir Me Nots
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 1-1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 whole Toffee Candy Bars, About 3 1/2 Oz Each And Roughly Chopped
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (I Used Semi-sweet)
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Oz. Can)
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Take a 9 x 13 pan and pour the melted butter all over the bottom of it. Evenly distribute the graham cracker crumbs on top of it next. Then layer on the chopped toffee bars, chocolate chips, coconut and lastly, the walnuts. The order is important to get the proper consistency in the bars.
- 2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk all over the top of the layers and let it seep in. This is going to act like the glue for the Stir Me Nots. Put the assembled tray in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes, until it is golden and beautifully melded together.
- 3. Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool. Then cut it into the desired size squares and serve! This is so easy to make but so incredibly yummy. One of my all time favorite desserts!
