Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and line and 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Whisk almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix bananas, eggs, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla until well-combined. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  4. Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
