Chicken Fajita Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F).
  2. Place chicken breasts on a cookie sheet and sprinkle each breast with fajita seasonings (use about 3 tablespoons of it). Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven, cool, then cut into thin slices.
  3. Put chicken in a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and the rest of the fajita seasoning mix and stir to combine and mix well.
  4. You can eat this plain as a salad or on a flour tortilla. Refrigerate remaining!
