Nancy’S Ultimate Chocolate Cake With Creamy Chocolate Frosting
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 3 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cups Fry's Baking Cocoa
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Water
- 3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1 carton (250ml Carton) Whipping Cream, Whipped
- 1 cup Cold Milk
- 1 package (3.9 Oz. Package) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- For the cake:
- Measure first the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir. Make a well in the center of bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool. When cake has cooled, frost with frosting.
- For the frosting:
- In a bowl beat whipping cream until stiff. Set aside. In another bowl, beat the milk and pudding mix together for 2 minutes. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread over the cooled cake. Serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
