Oatmeal, White Chocolate Chip & Craisin Cookies
- 2 cubes Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 cups Quick Or Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Craisins (Dried Cranberries)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add this into the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats, white chocolate chips and Craisins; mix well.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
- Makes about 3 dozen
