Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
- 2 logs Pre-made Cookie Dough
- 2 packages Cream Cheese
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/4 cups Sugar Or Splenda
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Press one roll of cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9x13" glass pan. Place other roll in the freezer.
- Combine softened cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie dough.
- Slice roll of dough from freezer into approx. 1 inch slices.
- Flatten slices with fingers and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Leave small spaces between slices to allow cheesecake to bubble through.
- Bake at 325F for approximately 25 minutes or until cookie dough on top is golden brown.
- Cool completely and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bite-sized squares and serve.
