Polka Dot Cookies
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs (can use Egg Beaters)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
- 1 c. Macadamia nuts
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Melt over low heat butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
- Allow to cool. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
- Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Stir egg mixture into melted chocolate until smooth, combine with flour.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
- Chill until stiff.
- Drop by well-rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
- Yields 4 to 5 dozen 2-inch cookies.
