Malted Milk Funfetti Blondies
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cups Malted Milk Powder
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Rainbow Jimmies
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8-by-8-inch square pan with parchment. Lightly spray the parchment with non-stick baking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Whisk in egg and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and malted milk powder until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles. The mixture will be very thick.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan. Evenly spread the mixture into the pan, starting in the center and pushing the thick batter out towards the edges. Bake for 23-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a few wet crumbs are recommended).
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan completely. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into squares.
