Cinnamon Bars
- 2 containers (8 Oz. Container) Crescent Rolls
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vaniila
- 1 stick Butter

- FOR CINNAMON SUGAR MIX:
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Unroll one tube of rolls and place in a ungreased 9x13 pan. Close the holes with your fingers; no need to spread to the edges.
- Mix 1 cup of sugar, cream cheese at room temperature, and vanilla. Spread on top of the dough. Unroll the second tube on waxed paper and close the holes with your fingers. Invert onto the filling. Spread the softened (not melted) butter on this. Sprinkle with a mix of 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon .
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 27 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars or squares.
