Cinnamon French Toast Casserole
- 2 packages (17 1/2 Oz. Size) Cinnamon Rolls (with Icing)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1/3 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- FOR THE ICING:
- 2 Packets Icing, From Packaged Cinnamon Rolls
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Milk
- For the casserole:
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease 9x13 pan with melted butter.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into sixths. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined. Pour over cinnamon rolls. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the icing:
- In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon roll icing, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
- Evenly pour over casserole.
