Cinnamon French Toast Casserole

  1. For the casserole:
  2. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease 9x13 pan with melted butter.
  3. Cut cinnamon rolls into sixths. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined. Pour over cinnamon rolls. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. For the icing:
  6. In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon roll icing, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  7. Evenly pour over casserole.
