Arrabbiata Sauce (Spicy Tomato Sauce)

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add in both kinds of tomatoes, smashed garlic cloves, chili peppers, crushed red pepper, and basil. Give everything a good mix then bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Once at a boil, lower your flame and allow sauce to simmer for 20-30 minutes. Test for salt, and adjust accordingly.
  2. Enjoy!
