Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Sandwich
- 1 can Refrigerated Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls (ex: Grands, 16 Ounce Tube)
- 12 slices Thinly Sliced Ham
- 6 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Warm a waffle maker to medium heat and spray with non-stick food spray.
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate all of the rolls. Set the frosting aside. Take one cinnamon roll and make sure it is still rolled tightly. Take a sharp knife and cut the roll in half horizontally like you are cutting open a bagel. Try to cut it evenly so one side isn't thicker than the other. Do the same with the remaining rolls.
- Place a cinnamon roll half inside each section of the waffle maker and let them bake for 5-7 minutes until dough is completely cooked. Remove cooked rolls to a plate. Repeat for all of the cinnamon rolls and set aside.
- Cook the ham by placing slices in a single layer into a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and let it cook until golden on each side. Remove cooked ham to a plate and repeat cooking the rest.
- Place 2 slices of the cooked ham on one of the cooked cinnamon roll halves and place a piece of cheese on top of the warm ham and place the other half of the cinnamon roll on top. Secure sandwich by placing a toothpick through the middle and drizzle the sandwiches with the cinnamon glaze and serve.
