Crockpot Chili

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the beef, onion and garlic and cook until the meat is browned and the onions are softened. Drain the grease and place the beef mixture into a large crockpot. Add the remaining chili ingredients into the crockpot and stir to combine.
  2. Put the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours. Serve garnished with jalapenos, sour cream, and shredded cheese as desired.
