Baked Bean Casserole
- 1/2 pounds Ground Sirloin
- 1/2 pounds Bacon, Diced
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Diced
- 28 ounces, weight Buches Original Baked Beans (1 Large Can)
- 15 ounces, weight Red Kidney Beans (1 Can)
- 15 ounces, weight Great Northern Beans (1 Can)
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Powdered Mustard
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- In saute pan, add ground sirloin, diced bacon, and onion together and cook until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In the meantime, combine all the beans, sugars, ketchup, and powdered mustard, and stir until well combined. Add beef, bacon, onion mixture to the bean mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 60-75 minutes until bubbly and just starting to caramelize.
