Light Tiramisu
- 1 whole 8 " Angel Food Cake, Cut In 1" Cubes
- 2 packages Cappuccino Mix (Sugar-Free And Decaffeinated Vanilla), Divided
- 2 cups Skim Milk, Divided
- 8 ounces, weight Non-Fat Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 package Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups Light Or Fat Free Cool Whip
- 1/2 teaspoons Cocoa
- Place cake cubes in an ungreased 13x9 pan. In a small bowl dissolve 1 package cappuccino mix in 1/2 cup milk. Sprinkle over cake.
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese until soft. In another medium bowl, mix vanilla pudding mix, remaining 1 1/2 cups milk, and the other package of cappuccino mix until thickened. Mix in cream cheese and then fold in Cool Whip. Spoon this mixture over the cake. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle with cocoa.
- You can also put this in a large trifle bowl if you like.
