Colossal Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Brownie Chunks
- 3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tablespoons Room Temperature Hot Fudge Sauce (See Note In Blog Post)
- In a large bowl, stir sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Using a rubber spatula, fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in brownie chunks and mini chocolate chips.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container (I always use a loaf pan). Pour fudge sauce on top of ice cream and briefly swirl with a knife to incorporate. Cover and chill for 4-8 hours, or until firm.
- Top with hot fudge sauce, extra chocolate chips, or whatever your heart desires!
