Crockpot Brownie Melt

• 2-1/2 cups Water, Divided
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
• 5 cups Boxed Brownie Mix
• 6 Tablespoons Melted Margarine
• 1 box (about 6 Oz. Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
• 10 ounces, weight Peanut Butter Chips

1. Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil and stir in the brown sugar and cocoa until well mixed.
2. While boiling the water, in a separate bowl mix all of the remaining ingredients except the chips.
3. Spray the crock pot with oil. Spread the batter mix in the crockpot. Pour in the cocoa mix.
4. Cook for 45 minutes on high. Add chips and stir to distribute.
5. Cook for 30 minutes and stir. Cook an additional 30 minutes.
6. Depending on the size of your crockpot and the intensity of its High setting, you may need to stir again and cook a little longer.
