Crockpot Brownie Melt
- 2-1/2 cups Water, Divided
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 5 cups Boxed Brownie Mix
- 6 Tablespoons Melted Margarine
- 1 box (about 6 Oz. Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 10 ounces, weight Peanut Butter Chips
- Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil and stir in the brown sugar and cocoa until well mixed.
- While boiling the water, in a separate bowl mix all of the remaining ingredients except the chips.
- Spray the crock pot with oil. Spread the batter mix in the crockpot. Pour in the cocoa mix.
- Cook for 45 minutes on high. Add chips and stir to distribute.
- Cook for 30 minutes and stir. Cook an additional 30 minutes.
- Depending on the size of your crockpot and the intensity of its High setting, you may need to stir again and cook a little longer.
