Brunswick Stew
- 2 cups Pork
- 1 cup BBQ Beef (or Leftover Beef)
- 1 cup Chicken (or Leftover Chicken)
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Diced
- 29 ounces, weight Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 9 ounces, fluid Vinegar Based BBQ Sauce (like Williamson Bro's)
- 9 ounces, fluid Sweet BBQ Sauce (like KC Masterpiece)
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Corn, Drained (optional)
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Lima Beans, Drained (optional)
- Process chicken, beef and pork in a food processor until it is a very fine consistency. Saute peppers and onions. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until warmed through.
