Beer, Chocolate, Peanut And Pretzel Cookies
- 1 cup Butter (soft)
- 1-1/2 cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cups Dark Beer
- 2-3/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Pretzel M&Ms
- 1-1/2 cup Peanut M&Ms
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line 2 sheet pans with Silpat mats or parchment paper.
- 2. In the bowl of your stand mixer using the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and the sugar until soft and fluffy.
- 3. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until fully mixed together with the butter and sugar.
- 4. Mix the beer in. Set aside.
- 5. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour through salt) and then add them into the batter and mix to combine.
- 6. Gently mix in the M&M's.
- 7. Scoop the cookies onto the prepared sheet pans leaving an inch or two between each and bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and slightly under-baked. Let the cookies cool before removing them from the pan. Enjoy!
