Beer, Chocolate, Peanut And Pretzel Cookies

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line 2 sheet pans with Silpat mats or parchment paper.
  2. 2. In the bowl of your stand mixer using the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and the sugar until soft and fluffy.
  3. 3. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until fully mixed together with the butter and sugar.
  4. 4. Mix the beer in. Set aside.
  5. 5. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour through salt) and then add them into the batter and mix to combine.
  6. 6. Gently mix in the M&M's.
  7. 7. Scoop the cookies onto the prepared sheet pans leaving an inch or two between each and bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and slightly under-baked. Let the cookies cool before removing them from the pan. Enjoy!
