Chocolate Caramel Cookies
- 1 cup Butter Or Margarine
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Caramel Bits
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Sweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture in three parts. Stir in caramel bits, chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans.
- Scoop by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on racks. Enjoy!
- Makes 5 dozen.
