Chocolate Caramel Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture in three parts. Stir in caramel bits, chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans.
  4. Scoop by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on racks. Enjoy!
  5. Makes 5 dozen.
