Shanghai Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Coat meat in flour.
  3. Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
  4. Add gravy mix, soy sauce, mushrooms and liquid from chow mein vegetables.
  5. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Add celery, onion and chow mein vegetables.
  7. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer until vegetables are tender.
  8. Pour into shallow casserole; arrange noodles around edge.
  9. Serve.
