- 2 slices Bacon
- 10 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1/4 whole Red Onion, Chopped Fine
- 8 whole Small Mushrooms (Any Kind Will Be Good)
- 1/3 cans Corn Kernels, From A 15 Oz. Can
- 1 whole Hard Boiled Egg, Peeled And Sliced
- 5 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing (I Used Annie's Cowgirl Ranch)
- Wash your greens and set aside to dry. Chop up the uncooked bacon then fry it in a small frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and place on a paper towel to get off the excess grease.
- Get out your plate and arrange a nice bed of the baby spinach and spring mix. Then add a row of tomatoes, a row of onion, a row of mushrooms, a row of corn and a row of sliced bacon then add your hard boiled egg.
- Serve with ranch dressing (I used Annie's Cowgirl Ranch).
