Cobb Salad

  1. Wash your greens and set aside to dry. Chop up the uncooked bacon then fry it in a small frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and place on a paper towel to get off the excess grease.
  2. Get out your plate and arrange a nice bed of the baby spinach and spring mix. Then add a row of tomatoes, a row of onion, a row of mushrooms, a row of corn and a row of sliced bacon then add your hard boiled egg.
  3. Serve with ranch dressing (I used Annie's Cowgirl Ranch).
