Chocolate Almond Balls
- 8 ounces, weight Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
- 8 ounces, weight Chocolate With Almonds Candy Bars (or Up To 9 Oz.)
- 50 Vanilla Wafers, Crushed (approximately), Or Substitute Roughly 25 Gluten Free Graham Crackers For A Gluten Free Version)
- In a medium-sized microwave safe bowl melt candy bars in the microwave, in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Combine melted chocolate with whipped topping, stirring until completely combined. Put the bowl into the refrigerator and chill the mixture for 1-2 hours.
- Drop spoonfuls of the chilled chocolate mixture into a small dish filled with the crushed Vanilla Wafers (or gluten free graham crackers) and roll to coat.
- Place balls on a parchment paper or waxed paper-lined tray or baking sheet and freeze them for several hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve frozen.
