Chicken Tetrazzini

  1. Heat butter and stir in flour.
  2. Combine milk and broth; stir into flour mixture.
  3. Cook, stirring until sauce is smooth and thickened.
  4. Blend in salt, pepper, nutmeg and cheese.
  5. After cheese melts, remove from heat.
  6. Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes.
  7. Mix half the sauce with spaghetti and mushrooms.
  8. Place in large baking dish.
  9. Mix remaining sauce with chicken and place on top.
  10. Bake 30 minutes at 400u0b0.
