Company Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add frozen hash brown potatoes and mix until the potatoes are coated.
  3. Put potato/cheese mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Mix melted butter with corn flake crumbs.
  5. After 45 minutes, spread the corn flake/butter mixture over the potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.
